We are thrilled to officially announce that Registration is now open for the Virginia Association for the Education of Young Children (VAAEYC) 71st Annual Conference, taking place from March 4–6, 2027!

For over seven decades, the VAAEYC Annual Conference has stood as the premier gathering for early childhood professionals across the Commonwealth. This event serves as the ultimate hub for innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, drawing hundreds of passionate individuals dedicated to the education and well-being of young children.

If you register during the month of August, you can save an additional $10 off of the Early Bird Rates!

Registration Rates – VAAEYC Members

One Day = $160
Two or more Days = $225

Non-members will pay a premium of an additional $75 per person.You may join NAEYC during registration for only $72.

Students

Students must follow these instructions as verification is required prior to registering. 
1 Day Registration | $40
Full Registration – Two or more days | $60

In order to obtain the student discount, you must email registration@vaaeyc.org with your name, email address you will use to register, school name, number of days you will attend, and a student ID number if you have one. Once approved, you must register separately using the email provided and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

NOTE: Student rates are NOT eligible for Early Bird Discounts.
