Registration Rates – VAAEYC Members

One Day = $160 Two or more Days = $220

Non-members will pay a premium of an additional $75 per person.You may join NAEYC during registration for only $72.

Students

Students must follow these instructions as verification is required prior to registering.  1 Day Registration | $40 Full Registration – Two or more days | $60In order to obtain the student discount, you must email registration@vaaeyc.org with your name, email address you will use to register, school name, number of days you will attend, and a student ID number if you have one. Once approved, you must register separately using the email provided and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

NOTE: Student rates are NOT eligible for Early Bird Discounts. 

Presenters and Vendors

Vendors can add booth staff to an existing booth reservation HERE. Please note that booth sales are now sold out.Presenters will receive separate registration instructions once confirmed.
