Exhibiting Information
Do you market to Early Childhood Education programs and Child Care Centers? Do you have products that early childhood educators will appreciate and use in their classrooms?
You are invited to reserve space for the VAAEYC 71st Annual Conference at the brand new Kalahari Resorts and Conventions, in Spotsylvania, VA which is scheduled to open in November 2026. This facility is so new, that we don’t yet have a floor plan for the exhibit hall, but this is anticipated to be a very popular conference so we have opened a priority space reservation process.
This process will allow you to select the booth size you want to reserve, and place a deposit to hold that space. When the floor plan is available – you will be given the option to select your booth placement based on when the deposit was received. So the sooner you hold your space in line, the better your booth placement will be.
Exhibit Space Reservation
1. Click here to complete the form, selecting the size booth you wish to reserve and pay a 50% deposit.
2. Once the floor plan is completed, you will be notified by email when it is your turn to select your actual booth space. The space assignments will go in the order of when the deposits are received by VAAEYC.
3. Once space assignments open up and you are notified, you will have no more than two business days to make your booth selection before selections are opened up to the next in line.
4. The actual booth selection and payment of the balance will take place in another platform and you will receive instructions for how to complete the process. Your deposit will be applied to the booth price when you make your space selection.
