Exhibit Options

All exhibits include an I.D. sign, one draped table, and two chairs. All inline/corner booths are 10′ wide x 8′ deep. Perimeter booths are Table Tops. Table Tops are standard 6′ tables in 8′ spaces.

  • 10′ Wide x 8′ Deep Corner Booth | $425
  • 10′ Wide x 8′ Deep Inline Booth | $375
  • *Tabletop Exhibit (Local Merchant Marketplace) | $200
  • Tabletop Exhibit (Non-commercial) | $150

*To be eligible to display in the Local Merchant Marketplace, vendors must sell to individuals, not B2B, and your products or services must be unrelated to the early childhood education industry. Examples include jewelry, clothing, cookware, skincare, housewares and makeup.

Optional Electricity: $75

*Note: VAAEYC will use Conference Tracker for exhibit space reservations for 2026 in an effort to ease the exhibiting process for vendors. When completing the form, keep these things in mind:

  1. Select an Exhibitor Administrator who can manage the entire process for your organization.
  2. You do not have to enter your booth staff when reserving booth space, but you can if you’d like to.
  3. You must select a booth space.
  4. You must pay in order to have your space confirmed.
  5. If you need to pay by a physical check, please email us in advance of reserving your space.
