Our purpose is to serve and act on behalf of the needs and rights of all young children and to work with groups serving the interest and well being of children in our community.  Members of the Greater Lynchburg Chapter (GLC) value the importance that ‘the early years’ have on a child’s future.  We value the people and the community who strive to provide the best possible experiences for young children.
