Registration will look and work a bit different than in prior years so please read this first!

All registration fees are built around a BASE REGISTRATION Fee for ONE DAY at the NON-MEMBER RATE of $230. If you plan to attend two or more days, you will select the additional days and fees that will be added on to the base rate.

The full conference is three days.

All membership and student discounts will be deducted from the base rate by entering a DISCOUNT COUPON CODE at checkout.

  • VAAEYC MEMBERS receive a $90 flat discount off of all registration levels and must enter the discount coupon code on the check out page. This code has been emailed to all active members.
  • STUDENTS receive a $160 discount off of registration and must enter the discount coupon code on the check out page. This code will be provided once you enter your School Name and ID #.

Base Registration ONE DAY: $230
TWO DAYS Registration: Add $30 to the Base price of $230 ($260)
THREE DAYS/FULL CONFERENCE Registration: Add $60 to the base price of $230 ($290)

* Must be consecutive days. Multi-day registrations may not be shared between attendees, and registrations may not be transferred once an attendee has checked-in and/or picked up their badge.

Registration Policies and Guidelines

Please note that multi-day registrations cannot be shared. You may transfer your registration to another person prior to picking up your name badge. After you are checked in, you may not transfer or share your registration.

Cancellations prior to February,1, 2024, will receive a 50% refund; cancellations after this date are non-refundable, including no-shows. Read more about this policy on our FAQ page here.

For check or purchase order payments, the check or purchase order number is required when registering. Purchase Orders must be emailed HERE to be recorded as paid. Checks must be received prior to March 1, 2024. Please note that check and purchase order registrations will not be confirmed until the check or purchase order is received!
