All registration is built around a BASE REGISTRATION RATE for ONE DAY for VAAEYC MEMBERS of $140. Add $30 for each additional day. The full conference is THREE Days.

Registration Rates

1 Day Registration | $140
2 Day Registration** | $170 (Base + $30)
3 Day Registration – Full Conference | $200 (Base + $60)

Non-MEMBERS pay an additional premium fee of $75 per registration.
You may opt-in to have the fee applied to a Standard NAEYC Membership for only $70.

Students MUST email [email protected] with their name, email address, school attending, and student ID# if known. You will then be sent a discount code to use at checkout to receive the discount. This must be done before starting this registration.

Extra Items and Options

Lunches

Don’t miss engaging keynote speakers because you are trying to track down lunch in or around the Greater Richmond Convention Center. In order to maximize your time in general sessions and visiting with exhibitors, you can pre-order a box lunch and have it waiting for you! There are three lunch options each day and these will ONLY be available if purchased in advance. (By March 7, 2024.) All lunch options are $25 and include the entrée/sandwich, chips, sweet treat, and a drink.

T-Shirt

Be sure to get your VAAEYC swag! Purchase the 2025 conference t-shirt when you register by January 31 for only $15. The price goes up to $18 after then, and very few will be available for sale onsite for $20.

The design will be revealed at the conference!

* Early Bird Discount applies to Conference Registration for members and non-members. Student rate is not eligible for the Early Bird Discount.

** Two-Day Registrations must be consecutive days.

Multi-day registrations may not be shared between attendees. Substitutions are allowed up until the time of badge pickup. Student registrations are only transferable to another verified student.

Registration Policies and Guidelines

Please note that multi-day registrations cannot be shared. You may transfer your registration to another person prior to picking up your name badge. After you are checked in, you may not transfer or share your registration.

Cancellations prior to February,1, 2025, will receive a 50% refund; cancellations after this date are non-refundable, including no-shows. Read more about this policy on our FAQ page here.

For check or purchase order payments, the check or purchase order number is required when registering. Purchase Orders must be emailed HERE to be recorded as paid. Checks must be received prior to March 20, 2025. Please note that check and purchase order registrations will not be confirmed until the check or purchase order is received!
