Your name badge is your pass to all conference sessions so please make sure it is visible at all times. On your name badge is a QR Code that you must use to scan in and out of sessions in order to receive CEU credit.

In order to receive credit for a session, you must scan in AND out of a session, and you are required to be present for at least 75% of the session AND you must complete the session evaluation. Your attendance tracked by scanning in and out of sessions will automatically print on your CEU certificate. Your attendance certificate AND CEU tracking form link will be emailed to you by TUESDAY, MARCH 14.

If you paid for VERIFIED CEU from ProSolutions (required for the CDA certification), you must be sure to complete this question in the evaluation: Identify three takeaways from this session that you are able to apply in your work environment, and how.

You will find the evaluations ONLY in the Conference App on the home page.

By now all attendees have received emails from Conference Tracker with login information, inviting you to update your profile. If you have not received an email, please contact VAAEYC by email here as soon as possible.

Everyone has access to the Conference Tracker Web Portal. The web portal is available on a computer desktop or laptop and it is different from the app.

Over the next few days of workshops, you are going to discover a number of take-aways and ideas that you'll want to put to work as soon as you return to your program. To facilitate this, the Professional Development Circle created an "Ideas to Action" form for you to print at home and bring with you to the conference. By having this form on hand with you in sessions, you can immediately capture and document what you've learned, preparing you to better put this new knowledge to work!

Join your friends and colleagues for this relaxing evening as Children’s Art is highlighted. Stroll the Children’s Art displays and hear about the creations from the schools submitting the art. Also on display will be a small collection of artwork from artist Norma Fredrickson that highlights diversity. A Zoom chat with the artist will be held at 5:30 p.m.

You will also join artist Kelly Haneklau and learn how to love creating art for you and your students without worrying about outcomes. She will guide mini-sessions on process art complete with a make and take for you.
