VAAEYC is using a new platform to manage registration, so please read the following to make sure the process goes smoothly for you!

  • The following form is for ATTENDEES (Members, Non-members, and Students). If you are an EXHIBITOR separate instructions will be sent with the exhibitor services kit.
  • To receive the MEMBER rates, you will need to enter your membership number. (SECA or NAEYC.)
  • You must register each person separately and each person registering must have their own email. A unique email is the only way that CEU credit will be properly tracked, is how attendees will receive important communication, track their registration, and verify attendance. Even if you are an administrator registering a group – each person must have their own email address entered.
  • Students will be asked to verify their school and enter their Student ID number.

Box lunches will be available for purchase in advance, and concessions will be available in the exhibit hall.

Registration Policies and Guidelines

Please note that multi-day registrations cannot be shared. You may transfer your registration to another person prior to picking up your name badge. After you are checked in, you may not transfer or share your registration.

Cancellations prior to February,1, 2023, will receive a 50% refund; cancellations after this date are non-refundable, including no-shows. Read more about this policy on our FAQ page here.

For check or purchase order payments, the check or purchase order number is required when registering. Purchase Orders must be emailed HERE to be recorded as paid. Checks must be received prior to March 1, 2023.
